Returns and Damages

Our company offers a 10-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 10 days of receiving their item. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for the return process.

To initiate a return, please contact us at whimsicalfarmhousefinds@gmail.com. Once all necessary information for the return is provided, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the product to be returned.

Instructions on how and where to send the package will be provided upon acceptance of the return. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns on seasonal or closeout items, wall borders, or personalized items.

Shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable. For claims of damages or missing items from purchases, customers have the option to have the items reshipped at their own expense or receive a credit on their account.
